International Business Projects

International business expansion and business setup coordination

Establish or expand operations in another country through one coordinated project.

The challenge

Expansion involves many specialists who never speak to each other

Company registration, banking, premises, staff, licences and local partners each require different professionals. Without coordination, the project moves at the speed of its slowest participant.

A single coordinator keeps the sequence, the budget and the specialists aligned.

Working process

  1. 01

    Understand the objective

Where you want to operate, why, in what form and on what timeline.

  2. 02

    Assess feasibility

Commercial, legal and logistical constraints are reviewed before anyone commits time or money.

  3. 03

    Identify the right parties

Relevant suppliers, buyers, partners or specialists are identified and pre-screened.

  4. 04

    Structure the project

Scope, responsibilities, sequence and budget are agreed in writing.

  5. 05

    Coordinate execution

One point of contact follows the project through to delivery and reports progress.

Questions

Do you register companies yourself?

No. Registration, legal, tax and accounting work is done by licensed local professionals. I coordinate them within one plan.

What is a virtual country office?

A project-specific point of coordination for partner follow-up and meeting support in a selected market, with qualified local partners where needed. It does not mean I maintain a permanent office or team in that country.
